"Electrified"

On a bus to work this morning, I found a seat next to an Indian youngman who was reading a Bible-like book in Tamil (I guessed...).
"Say something..." (Oops... Did I hear it correctly?)
"Say something to encourage him..." (Huh???)
"Yes, say something..." (Ok. I got it...)
"Is it a Bible?" I asked him before alighted the bus.
... "Yes!" the youngman replied.
"Bless you brother!" I smiled.
"Thank you!" he smiled.
I got "electrified" after that for a good few minutes...

Lesson learnt from Susan Boyle

We often stereotype people around us - consciously or subconsciously. But God never does. He desires to bring out the best of all His creations. Through His eye, we are able to focus not on the shortcomings of those whom God puts on our paths but to see the beauty in them.

Special Siblings?

Sheen, in heaven, no longer will we be spouses but siblings. What kind of siblings will we be?

Will you still comfort me with hugs and kisses after a day's work?

Will we still hold hands to solve life's mysteries together?

Will our love be more perfect than others?

In heaven, please be a special sibling to me.

Taking photos is easy nowadays. Given a simple compact camera (or even a mobile phone), everyone, boy or girl, old or young, is able to fulfill this task. However, only a handful can be called masters with the right set of abilities to capture not only a visually appealing moment but also the immense story behind every subject.



I am certainly no master of photography although I have dedicated myself to pursue it. This blog is then solely my personal journey illustrated through pictures and words.
